The applications of macro-molecules in chemical biology and therapeutics are ever increasing, but a challenge lies in their cellular delivery. In this project we work towards targeted delivery of macro-molecules via activatable cell-penetrating peptides. Which would allow targeted delivery of modulatory or therapeutic macro-molecules to dendritic cells. The project explores various targeting factors, cytosolic internalization, and activation though a click-to-release strategy.
